Sport is fun! -
actually we do a lot of sports down under. Recently I participated
in the 10K Bridge Run. My personal time: 47:32
Once a week Mat and I go swimming - sauna and steambath included.
The indoor climbing center in Artarmon provides an ideal opportunity
to strengthen the arms.
Trying to catch waves with the bodyboard
is huge! Our friend Derek introduced us to weight lifting and takes us
to North Sydney Leages club at least once a week, where we play squash or
lift weights.
